Cruzat is a winery intended only for the production of quality sparkling wines, produced using the traditional method or “champenoise” (second fermentation in the bottle). The winery was founded in 2004 by a group of Chilean businessmen and by Argentinian Agricultural Engineer and Winemaker Pedro Federico Rosell. WINE TOURISM The experience of knowing this “factory of sparkling” goes beyond a tour and tasting. From the winery we strive for visitors to learn, identify and compare with other elaborations and process. The production area is open to our curious visitors; you can see and sometimes work at the cellar, the disgorging machine and label some bottles. The tasting room is oriented to the Andes Mountain and vineyards. We propose that our visitors enjoy and learn from what we do every day.
